We often heard, read and watch news or stories about accident. Sometimes to the extent, which we even experienced an accident. However, we always respond reactively and take things for granted until an accident occur or reoccur before serious steps are taken.
Accident could occur due to several factors; lack of health and safety awareness among management, workers, visitors and public is one of them. The implementation of health and safety procedures is the key factor in preventing and controlling an accident. The management is responsible to create healthy and safe working environment and continuous improvement on health and safety matters to the workers.

HEALTH AND SAFETY AUDIT
The audit is to ascertain the effectiveness or ability of client HSE Management System to achieve its intended objectives. It will help the company to determine the adequacy or otherwise of its health and safety management system and will also help identify gaps in health and safety practices and procedures and make recommendations on how best to bridge the gaps.

Please note that the above fee structure covers tuition and course materials. It is expected that client will make adequate arrangement for:

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please note that transportation and accommodation cost which may be borne by facilitators shall be charged if training is conducted outside Lagos.
OUT-OF- PLANT TRAINING
Arrangement can also be made for out - of - plant training for the above
TRAINING COST, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The training cost is subject to number of modules, participants and days involved.
The cost, terms and conditions of in-plant training are as follows:
1. The cost for comprehensive training course shall be per participants or a lump sum
indicated above or subject to negotiation (include training materials). The cost depends on
the number of modules and participants; practical training and/or site visit/survey (if
required).
2. Selection of modules shall be notified upon request.
3. Requester shall provide training location, meals and refreshments. Aegis shall quote cost of training location, meals and refreshments if not provided.
4. Transportation and accommodation cost shall be charged if training is conducted outside
Lagos State.
5. Training shall conduct between 9.00am – 5.00pm
7. Confirmation shall be at least one (1) month before training.
8. Any cancellation or postponement shall be notified at least two (2) weeks before
training. 20% of total amount of training cost shall be charged if cancellation is made
less than one (1) week before training commencement.
9. Terms of payment shall depend on module and arrangement. It is either full payment
before training, 30% deposit and balance on or before 14 days after training is completed.
10. Invoice shall be issued once agreed with cost, terms and conditions
11. Aegis shall provide attendance certificate upon completion of training
